Our mission

Metpow was born out of a shared passion for camping and adventure by founders, Dan Gould and Ed Jones.

As campers and watermen, Dan and Ed experienced first hand the challenges faced by site owners and guests alike, especially regarding energy usage. They noticed that traditional utility metering systems were often unreliable, inconvenient, and inefficient.

Determined to find a solution, they combined their technical expertise and love for the outdoors to create Metpow.
